It’s about balance and stability, movement from a center, and relaxation in the middle of what other people can call stress.

My tools are many: movement, concepts, adaptation, hands on, energy, vision (using your eyes to help your body), relaxation, tension, sounds, images, intuition: my tool-kit is for your goals, your own growth.

I have a varied background, dance, biology, anatomy, working with able and disabled, massage, chair massage, deep-tissue, light-touch supermassage, the Rolf Work, Feldenkrais work, Ortho-Bionomy, Zero Balancing, Reiki Master-Teacher, Zen BodyTherapy, IPSB, Alexandar, Oasis, Arica chua k’a, the Vortex Points, acupressure, Jen Shin Jitsu, Tough for Health, tuina, feng shui, Subud latihan, drumming, Rainbow Family, women’s clinics, Egoscue exercise, reflexology, tai chi, qigong, warmups, cooldowns. Next week I will start at Continuum in Santa Monica near my place.

I love our interaction and what I can help you with in your life.
